If you are using Quick Pay, please note that you can't pay on a locked meter and you need to be vigilant when entering in the account numbers. The system does provide a verification to you to make sure you entered the number correctly, but it does not pull in the demographics of the account (name, account number, amount and other bill information) as a reference. Quick Pay is great for tenants that need to pay a bill or when another family member needs to pay on the account. It's a quick way to access your account and make a payment without registering information.
